Please note that by accepting possession of one of our containers, the Customer assumes responsibility, liability, custody, care, and control of it. Customer will be solely responsible for any damage or injury caused by the container while in Customer's control. Customer will be responsible for damages to Contractor's equipment (except for normal wear and tear), as well as defend and indemnify Contractor and hold it harmless against any and all claims, damages, penalties, fines, liabilities, suits, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising or resulting from possession or use of Contractor's equipment. Customer will be responsible for all improper waste deposited into the container (as listed in the warning notice). Customer will be responsible for any overweight fines.
DUMPSTER LOADING POLICY
Do not load container above the wall edge. If overloading occurs, additional charges may be assessed or operator may remove any materials loaded above side walls of the container.
Do not load the following into any container from Direct Dumpsters: any hazardous, toxic or flammable materials such as paint, asbestos, tires, freon containing appliances, medical or infection contaminated waste. Only articles allowed by the local landfill will be accepted in our bins. We therefore ask you to visit our LANDFILL INFORMATION page and refer to the applicable landfill website for your area. In addition, soil, sod, rock and cement are also restricted materials.
Direct Dumpsters will dispose of most non-hazardous materials such as construction, demolition or renovation debris (roofing, siding, drywall), yard trimmings, green waste, household junk, appliances, furniture, scrap metal and any odds and ends.
